The Harpers are travelling minstrels, acrobats, jugglers, and entertainers who are often thought to be political meddlers, thieves, highwaymen, and other unflattering titles. But they certainly have their undeniable place in every society within the Lands. In some places, they are welcome as street performers and in other places tavern entertainment or even court jesters, and still other places regard a good harper as one behind bars or on the chopping block. Still, Harpers manage to make their way into every part of the Lands and often have networks of information that make the thieves' guild envious, and they are said to be able to work magic from their music.
