Yup, they rushed it into being so fast, that nobody even knew if they had to observe it this year or not. Half the Chemical Valley was 'closed' for it, while the other half was business as usual. We were doing that when Kareie was working, as the kids had to go to a before and after school program, or daycare due to her shift. It cost us over half of her paycheck to pay for it, and she was working full-time! Once she got a different shift, it was much, much better, as they were only in the after school program and daycare. Now Lortan is old enough to babysit all but the youngest, IF he's home. But it would still be expensive to put Noah in Daycare.
